WAH-WAH x FILTHY RATBAG - CARDIGAN

WAH-WAH and Filthy Ratbag (aka - Celeste Mountjoy) met in late 2019 on a balmy night in Naarm/Melbourne to discuss their first design collaboration. It was love at first champagne. After a long four years of geographical separation, they decided they simply MUST reunite to create a new art/knitwear baby.

Details: 100% superfine merino wool Knitted in China with Australian superfine merino wool.

Care: Turn your wool garment inside out, then hand wash in clean, lukewarm water, approximately 30°C, using a mild and gentle detergent. Allow to soak for a period of 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly firstly in lukewarm water, then finally in cold water. Dry flat in shade. Do not tumble dry. Warm iron. Dry Cleanable.

WAH-WAH sizing is unisex and the measurements above reflect the garment measurements in cm. We recommend measuring from underarm to underarm of a jumper (sweater) that you like the fit of, and choosing the nearest corresponding size. Keep in mind that the knitted superfine merino wool is pretty stretchy and forgiving, so there is a bit of leeway with sizing. For more info, check out the sizing gallery HERE.

Sizing Note for Cardigans:

Celeste and Franny both wear a size medium. While the chest and sleeve measurements of WAH-WAH cardigans are the same as jumpers, they may feel a bit looser due to the openness of the front placket. If you want a more fitted look, we recommend going down a size.
